- What are your spreads?
- ATC provides institutional pricing, which means that you will see the spreads as they come from the banks. The spreads are variable and not fixed. You can sign up for a demo account to view the live market spreads, you can also view some of our live market spreads from the homepage.
- What currency pairs do you offer?
- You can view a list our currency pairs by clicking on the following link. See link: Click Here.
- What is the leverage?
- The leverage is 50:1 for U.S. accounts and 200:1 for all other accounts not located in the United States.

- What is the commission?
- The commission is set to $0.40 per side for a mini contract (10,000 lot size). We do not charge different rates for different currency pairs, our rate remains set across all currencies. See link: Click Here
- Do you have a call in fee?
- No, we do not charge for a call order.
- Do you have gold and silver trading?
- We offer gold and silver to non-US accounts, it is not available for US accounts.
- How can I sign up for a demo account?

- How long is the demo trial?
- The demo trial will last for two months.
- Why can’t I create a demo from the platform?
- ATC has disabled the "open an account" feature on the MetaTrader 4 for varies reasons. In order to sign up for a demo account, you will need to fill out the demo request form, click on the following link.

- Is the demo pricing the same as the live pricing?
- Yes, we are feeding the data for the demo straight from the live market pricing, however, please be advised that a demo cannot account for available liquidity.
- I’m not able to login to the software?
- When you sign up for the demo, you will receive a username and password. Once you have downloaded the trading software, you will then go to “File” and “Login” then you can type in the username and password that we have provided on the email and then click on Login.
- Why is there an extra digit after the decimal point?
- Pricing on the institutional feed is five digits after the decimal point. The last digit is the fractional pip value, as an example if you see EUR/USD at 1.54785 by 1.54795, the spread is 1 pip not 10 pips. Also when using trailing stops, you need to add an extra 0. For example, 150 pips trailing stop = 15 pips.
- Why am I experiencing constant disconnections?
- Our infrastructure is very stable and if you are experiencing constant disconnects, this may be due to your ISP connection and router configuration.
- Does the software provide charting?
- Yes, the MetaTrader and the Trading Station platforms offer charting.
- Does your software have a fee?
- There are no fees for the software.
- What are the trading hours?
- Forex trading hours are from Sunday open 5:00 pm EST to Friday close 4:00 pm EST.
- Can I trade stocks using your software?
- No, we do not offer stock trading.
- Can I trade the futures and forex from one platform?
- No, you would need to use two separate platforms and open two separate accounts.
- What are your office hours?
- Office hours are from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Are you registered with any agencies?
- Yes, we are registered with NFA and CFTC.
- When was ATC Brokers established?
- ATC Brokers was established in 2005.
- Where is your office located?
- Office location is 655 N. Central Ave, Suite 1450, Glendale, CA 91203.
- What is the minimum lot size?
- The minimum lot size is 0.10 (10,000).
- What is the maximum lot size?
- There is no maximum lot size, as long as you have sufficient funds to cover for the leverage.
- Do you allow mini contracts?
- Yes, you can trade mini lot size 0.10 (10,000).
- Do you allow micro contracts?
- You have the ability to trade micro lots beyond the mini lot size 0.10 (10,000). Example, you can trade 0.12 or 1.89.
- Do you allow scalping?
- Yes, we allow scalping.
- Do you allow Expert Advisors?
- Yes, we allow for expert advisors that are compatible with 5 digit pricing.
- Do you allow hedging?
- Yes, we do allow hedging on the MetaTrader 4 platform. In order to abide by the CFTC no hedging rule, the counter party offsets the positions as they receive the orders. When orders are placed on the MT 4 platform, the hedging feature is remained available. For example, if you buy and sell a contract on the MT4 software, you will notice your positions are hedged on the interface, however, the orders that have been sent to the counter party have been offset with each other. Your net position remains the same on the MT4 and the back office. When you close your hedge positions on the MT4 software, the new buy and sell orders placed will be offset with each other by the counter party and again your net positions on the MT4 and the back office remain the same. For the Trading Station II platform, hedging is available by request only to non US accounts.
- Do you have the FIFO rule?
- In order to abide by the CFTC FIFO rule, the counter party offsets the positions on a First In First Out basis. On the MetaTrader 4 platform you have the ability to close the positions as you see fit. For example, if you buy a contract and buy another contract at a later time and you decide to close your most recent buy position, you can simply close this position on the MT4 interface, however, the order that is sent to the counter party will be offset with the FIFO rule in place. Your net position remains the same on the MT4 and the back office. For the Trading Station II platform, FIFO is applied only to US accounts.
- Do you allow news trading?
- Yes, we allow news trading. However, during news events market volatility is increased and it is very likely that you will obtain positive or negative slippage.
- Do you have market or instant execution on your MT4?
- Our clients have the ability to choose if they want to place a market execution or instant execution.
- Do you have block trading ability?
- Yes, we can provide a PAMM master trading account.
- Do you have a dealing desk?
- No, we do not have a dealing desk.
- Do you have 24 hour order desk?
- Yes, we provide our clients access to the 24 hour desk along with a 24 hour live chat for order placement.
- Do you allow trading inside the spreads?
- Yes, you have the ability to trade inside the spreads.
- Can I trade if my account falls below $250?
- No, you will need to add additional funds into the account to place a trade.
- What is the minimum account size to open?
- The minimum account size is 5,000 USD

- Is your online application secure?
- Yes, our application link is on a secure site. All information is kept confidential with ATC BROKERS and the clearing firm.
- What documents are needed with the application?

- Recent utility bill verifying the address submitted on the application

- Additional items may be requested depending on the Account Type and information submitted on the application.
- How long does it take to get the account approved?
- The length of the account opening procedure depends on what type of account is being opened and the turn around time of additional information requested from the client.
- When can I fund my trading account?
- The account can be funded once the application is approved. We will provide you with the funding information by email.
- Can I open an IRA account?
- Yes, you can open IRA accounts.
- What are the funding methods?
- The account can be funded by check, wire, or credit card.
- What are the withdrawal methods?
- Funds can be withdrawn by check, wire, or credit card. Clients have the option to process this request through the back office that is provided once the account is Live or submit a Withdrawal Request form.
- What is the cost for a wire?
- There is a $25 fee for domestic wires and a $40 fee for international wires.
- Is there a cost to request a check?
- There are no administrative fees to request a check.
- Do you accept funds in Euro?
- Yes, the account can be opened in Euro and USD.
- Do you accept cashier checks?
- No, we do not accept cashier checks.
- Do you accept ACH deposits?
- We only accept ACH transfers for US based accounts.
- Is their a cost to close the account?
- There is no cost to close the account, however, standard wire fees will apply.
- Is the account segregated?
- Funds are kept segregated for non-US accounts as our FDM is registered in the UK under FSA regulation. However, US accounts are not segregated.
- Do I have to leave a minimum amount for the account not to close?
- Yes, the account must have a minimum of $250 in order to remain open.
