- How can I sign up for a demo account?

- How long is the demo trial?
- The demo trial is good for two weeks. Once the trial is complete, you may sign up for the monthly demo account on the ATC Trader, the cost is $49.95 per month.
- Does your software provide charting?
- Yes, all of the futures software that are offered provide charting.
- Does your software have a fee?
- The ATC Trader does not have any fees. You can click on the following link to view the platform comparison.

- No, we do not offer stock trading.
- Can I trade the futures and forex from one platform?
- No, you would need to use two separate platforms and open two separate accounts.
- What are your office hours?
- Office hours are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. We offer 24 hour access to live accounts for order placement by phone and live chat.
- Are you registered with any agencies?
- Yes, we are registered with NFA and CFTC.

- Yes, you have the ability to trade from the charts on the ATC Trader.
- What is the minimum account size to open?
- The minimum account size on the ATC Trader is $2,500 USD.

- Is your online application secure?
- Yes, our application link is on a secure site. All information is kept confidential with ATC BROKERS and the clearing firm.
- How long does it take to open an account?
- The length of the account opening procedure depends on what type of account is being opened and the turnaround time of additional information requested.
- What are the funding methods?
- The account can be funded by sending a wire or a personal check.
- What are the withdrawal methods?
- The funds in the account can be withdrawn by a wire or a check. Please note that in order to process the withdraw the same day, requests must be received before 11:00 am CST.
- What is the cost for a wire?
- There is a $25 fee for domestic wires and a $30 fee for international wire.
- Is there a cost to request a check?
- The first check issued for every month is free, each additional check there after will be $5.00.
- Do you accept funds in Euro?
- Yes, we can accept funds in Euro. There is a separate funding instruction for funds deposited in Euro.
- Do you accept cashier checks?
- No, we do not accept cashier checks.
- Do you accept ACH deposits?
- No, we do accept ACH transfers.
- Is there a cost to close the account?
- There is no cost to close the account, however, standard check and wire fees will apply.
- Can I open an IRA account?
- Yes, we can open IRA accounts.
- Is the account segregated?
- Yes, the account is kept segregated.
- Do I have to leave a minimum amount for the account not to close?
- Yes, the account must have a minimum of $100 in order to remain open.
